Skin Care

On my Tumblr I am constantly asked about what skin care products I use to keep my skin clear. So I thought I’d do a blog page on it. Firstly I'd like to point out it is majorly affected by two main factors.

1.) YOUR DIET:

You have to watch what you eat! The worst trigger for me is dairy, sad, but true.  Don't get me wrong though, I am an advocate for eating what the hell you like, just in moderation!

2.) YOUR GENES:

This is something you unfortunately have no say in. My mum has extremely clear skin and to my knowledge I haven’t ever witnessed her with a spot in my whole life! Same for my dad actually... (so bare that in mind)

                                       

However...

Here are a few products I swear by. Obviously I’m pretty into scrubbing my face (haha) so I can’t list all the ones I have, or else I’d be going on forever. But if you have any specific questions, please feel free to comment down below.

Number 1

I suffer from eczema, always have done. Luckily I’ve always been pretty obsessed with using creams (especially this one) which in result has virtually ridded any form of dryness from my skin altogether! I would definitely recommend. I put this on twice a day. First thing in the morning after I’ve washed my face; and secondly at night, after a shower, or vice versa.

Number 2

I used to use any face mask but after trying this one I won’t ever look back! Its called 'Hydration Mask' I tend to do this twice a week, but not regimentally. You can purchase Clarins products from most stores including boots to Selfridges. It makes your skin super duper soft!! All their products are amazing; I have a bag full of all different creams from them! If you go into Selfridges, they are great with handing out samples before you buy.

Number 3

I  HATE makeup wipes. In fact I will never take my makeup off with them! I was recently introduced to this eye makeup remover called 'All Gone' and it is fan-tas-tic. I rarely wear face make-up, but I could not live without mascara. It easily takes away deep lipstick colours and even waterproof mascara. AND if that wasn’t good enough, before you use it, you have to shake the bottle and the liquid goes all glittery. It is a truly magically product.
